    Hi,
    I am willing to marry a girl who is now working as a nurse in WB State Govt hospital, as I am working abroad she wants to stay with me for next couple of years and don’t want to resign from her service, so we require EOL for that. Can it be feasible to get EOL for at least two years and resume her service after the leave. If she has to take lien from her service, then also it will be ok. So please elaborate the possibilities of getting EOL or LIEN in this circumstances. I will be so grateful if you please convey the actual documents needed and where to contact in this regards.
    Thanks,
    Dr. Souvik Sur,

    @Dr. Souvik Sur,
    She will not allowed to take LIEN. She may take EOL for two years and can resume her service after leave. She will apply to her appointing authority showing personal affairs.
    With thanks,

    Hi
    I am willing to marry a girl who is now working as a nurse in WB State Govt hospital, as I am working abroad she wants to stay with me for next couple of years and don’t want to resign from her service, so we require EOL for that. As per your suggestion posted in past, I recently visited West Bengal Sashthya Bhaban regarding EOL for my fiancee and talked to the authority, but they denied to avail the leave and said that they are in crisis so can not able to grant it. And also said that there is no such rule, what is the truth ? She has already completed one year of service there, but the authority also told that she is not permanent employee, can you please tell me which is the minimum time for her to be permanent government employee? Please suggest me where can I go to now for her EOL.
    Is there really exist rule of EOL for 2 years, please suggest me.

    Please see Rule 5 of W.B. Services Appointment, Probation and Confirmation Rules and Rule 213 of West Bengal Service Rules, as Leave during period of probation shall be allowed as per rule 213 of the West Bengal Service Rules.
    Download Links are given at the end of the Post there..
