An emplyee retd. from our office did not get clearance for final withdrawal from her GPF account. Now she is dead. She nominated her husband and two daughters. The daughters are married now. The clearence has come.How will the family members receive the amont?
As the nomination is by the name of husband and daughters, no question arises whether daughters are married or not. They shall receive the amount according to their percentage.
