Also, Regarding Half Average Pay Leave, is there a rule that half average pay leave can be taken only after 4 years of service? Can anyone offer me the GO stating HPL which can be taken from the second year of service.

Pls upload the circular wherein it is stated that ML cannot be granted on proportionate basis! As regards restriction on availing of HPL for first 4 years of service, I have not seen any such G.O.!
here you posted it. But it mentions proportionate leave cannot be granted in first year of service. Is it the full circular? 8417/G?

Yes it is the Board’s circular wherein it is clarified at point no. 3 “Whether a staff of the school can be allowed to enjoy his/ her Medical leave partially or proportionately within his/ her first year of service in cases of new appointment on permanent/ Additional/ Deputation/ Leave Vacancy?”
