i mean to say that can i take ML or commuted leave (with full pay) or half pay leave in the 2nd and 3rd year of service. retention not yet got. if there is any GO relating this i need that urgently. please help. with thanks.
To avail all service facilities, you have to confirm in your post/service first, 2 year for retention and 3 year for confirmation in additional post.
in those periods any leave you want to avail must be granted/ sanctioned by WBBSE through proper channel.
lets see what the seniors say.
