The form has to be submitted to your respective schools for counter signature by respective Secretary and HM. After the counter signature both the applicants are to submit the completed application forms together alongwith Rs 1000/ bank draft each in the office of The Central School Service Commission, Salt Lake, Karunamoyee, near 12 no.
