No Objection Certificate and Resignation

I have joined in NLC India Ltd., as Deputy Medical Officer on 04-01-2017. Before joining the NLC India Ltd., i have applied for the post of Medical Officer SC in ISRO. Now i have received a call letter from ISRO to attend the interview on 24-04-2017 alongwith the NOC of the present employer. When i requested our HR Dept., for issue of NOC they are telling that I am under probation and NOC cannot be issued. When the same was informed to the ISRO Administration they are telling that they require NOC compulsorily. What is the solution for this problem?

If noc is not issued, then you shall have to appear as fresh candidate and your past service benefits would be forfeited.

Sir, but ISRO people are telling they won’t allow for interview without NOC.

I presume that you will have to submit an undertaking to your existing employer that in the event of selection you will resign unconditionally that means you do not have any claim on your past service. As such, first try to convince your existing employer accordingly because probably you did not execute bond to serve for a certain period. If this not works, you submit one undertaking to isro that you will appear as a fresh candidate and your existing employer has no right to compel you to serve there as during probation period you have the right to serve one month’s notice for leaving the existing service.
