my self working in psu, and prmoted as operator sg 2on 1-1- 2007, now i completed my sex year on dated 1-1-2013, my friend who did not per-mote, will get sg 3(stagnation 3) scale,now for my self mangment say you will get same benifit on 1-7-2013(after six month)sir i permoted as officer in march 2007, now mangement say your dpc will be condect on june so you are elegible onle then, sir stagnation is finacial benifitnothing else,it should be given me on 1-1-2013,pl tel me some thing in it

No you are not . Because the promotion is personnel to the candidates getting it and the benefit attached to it is laso personnel . So u are not elligible for pay protection.
No as per Govt order in existence u rae not elligible for increment .However hee is 99 % chances to get incerment through CAT . Because one extar incremaent has been given to the GOvt employees by the Govt those Govt sevant whose incremaent is falling between Jan 06 to June 06 /Fenb 06 to June 06 . So it is every chances to get ur incerment throughg represenatatins OR Through CAT

I am punjab govt employee and working as science master from 16-04-92. Mr jagroop s also had a same status. but on 12-11-93, Jagroop s is promoted as lecturer of physics and I am promoted on 23-05-12 as lecturer of maths.Mr jagroop s drawn 23150+5400=28550.is I am entitled for same pay
