Previous pay was 30160 + 5400=35560 in the pay band 9000-40400 + 5400 (gp) Present pay band 15600-39100 + 8000(gp) . What will be basic pay after pay protection ? pl. give me answer.

I promoted to the post of Head Clerk on 01/01/2006. But I get pay lower then driver of my office. I eligible for pay protection or not. my service length is 21 year and driver service length is 27 years.
I was promoted to the post of Statistical Assistant from scrutiny assistant in same scale and grade pay. I had not get any monitory benefit. Though I am caring extra job load in my new post. Shall I illegible to get any pay protection ? any monitory benefit ?
Sir, I am now working as a Nirman sahayak in gram panchayat (semi govt) for about 5 years. Now I have got selected in irrigation and waterways dept as a junior engineer (pure govt) through psc by taking noc through proper channel. Now I have a question whether I will get the pay protection and service continuation? Pay scale and grade pay of both these jobs are same i.e. 9000-40500, gp – 4400.

I am an Assistant Professor.Previously I was an assistant Assistant Teacher.My basic (including Grade pay RS.4800)was RS23770 When I joined the new service..I have joined the post with PhD.The pay scale was the following:
Basic pay RS. 15600
Grade pay RS6000
How will I calculate it ?
