Pension of Divorcee Daughter of a Pry Teacher

Now a letter rcvd.
They want divorce certificate issued by COURT OF LAW.
But the Divorce was done socially.
Lawers are saying that they can only provide FIRST CLASS JUDICIAL MAGISTRRATE’S DECLARATION.
Will it be accepted ?
Pls answer.

My grandpa (maternal) was also a pry teacher. he expired on 13-05-2014. Now my grandma (maternal) receive family pension. I also have a divorcee aunty(mashi). Now if my grandma expired then what is the procedure of applying for family pension for my aunty. Did the pension disbursed in any public sector bank. please reply

I have few other questions below.
1. Grand ma does not received any PPO. He received family pension by my deceased grand pa’s PPO. Treasury officer does not give any PPO to my grand ma.
2. What kind of forms needed? Where I receive them. Is this are available in internet ?
3. In which bank your mother gets family pension ? What is the amount ? Is this same which your grand ma received?
4. Is all public sector bank are eligible to receive pension ?
And last request I wished to see the PPO of you mother.
