I joined as an asst teacher at my school through SSC in 2011 in Hons/PG post. Now I’m going to enroll myself to enhance my educational qualification (phd). For that I gave a application for permission for this course to MC with a current GO 438-SE/S/5P-19/09 Date: 19.05.2014. Meanwhile this order was cancelled. Now our HM is deny to give me the permission. So my question is …………..Is there any order by which I can get permission from MC? plz suggest……

I think MC can’t give you permission for this because phd is not necessary for your school teaching career.
