To get the chance to read B.Ed it is too tough now a days. If any one get chance to admit in a B.Ed College in deputation vacancy and the M.C. does not allow him due to hamper of the teaching process of the school ,he may informed to the D.I. of Schools/DSE/WBBSE. At last he may go to the High Court.

I joined IGNOU B.Ed. in 2011 with M.C. permission but without permission of A.D.I., Jhargram. Now I am in 2nd year and prayer for permission of A.D.I. (on Sept 2011), he does not permit it and said that he send it to D.S.E. for taking necessary action. School is not in my favour.
But now I went to D.S.C. they said that, akhan theke permission nite gele 2 -3 year lagbe, takhan ke amar B.Ed already sesh howa jabe. Ta charao akhan theke asaber permission dewa haw na tumi A.D.I. office a joga joge koro.
What can I do? From where ami ai permission ta pabo.

It’s the responsibility of D.I./ A.D.I. to give permission because it is related to financial benefit. Since you have already started B.Ed. course with permission of M.C. and not from D.I./ A.D.I., a post facto permission may be given by the D.I./A.D.I. in response to your belated prayer.
I don’t know why A.D.I. has referred your case to DSE, Bikash Bhavan! Whether he has no authority to deal with such permission-related matters or not! I don’t know why your school has not guided you properly in this regard! Don’t worry. If you do not get any response from A.D.I./D.S.E. it can be taken for granted that there is NO OBJECTION from them and you have got the permission for B.Ed. course – they have allowed you to proceed with your course. This is the general principle. You need not take re-admission. So, finish the present course successfully. Where are you doing B.Ed. study – which College/University?

Your increment will not be stopped as you have already got permission from M.C. The matter is under their consideration. But, there was a lapse in official procedure at the initial stage because of ignorance. It was the responsibility of M.C. to forward your first application to A.D.I., with a copy of resolution. However, it can be repaired as you have already submitted prayer to A.D.I. for permission. Better late than never.
I request you not to take any legal step immediately as neither A.D.I. nor D.S.E. has intimated any objection against you. First complete the present course. Then apply to A.D.I. through M.C. for regularisation of increment if it is stopped.
Pls preserve the A.D.I. office memo no. 204/12 dated 09.02.2012 and the acknowledged copy of your prayer/ H.M’s letter which was submitted to A.D.I. These records will help you to establish your claim in future if the problem is not solved!

Sir, I am in-service teacher of Higher secondary school & admitted in B.Ed. course through distance mode in N.S.O.U.. I got Permission from M.C. of my school. Now I prayed to D.I.(SE) to fulfill the course via school. But D.I. has not given permission because I’m already admitted in the course.So what is the rule & M.C. is not sufficient authority for the permission of B.Ed course. -
