Remuneration of water supplier & office cleaner

friends,
can anybody supply the remuneration rate order for office water supplier & cleaner (bathroom & office room) for district offices. How much amount should DDO pay to them as monthly remuneration to them?I can not exactly remember but that amount in present days is very negligible. I like to bring your attention towards these two G.O. basis on which you may take necessary action.
No. 3967-F dated 01.08.2014
No. 4011-F dated 20.05.2013
The above G.O. may solve issues which are at present arised due to abolition of LOC system.
