i am tax collector of mozampur gram panchayat under district of malda.

I am working at Saraitikar Gram Panchayat under Burdwan -I Development Block,Dist-Burdwan.Post-Contractual worker,My Joining date at present work 4th July 2008.Finance dept.Memo No.9008-F(p) date 16 Sept 2011.

I am Syed Faruk Ahamed a Contractual Worker at Saraitikar Gram Panchayat under Burdwan-I Development Block,Sub-Div-Burdwan Sadar(North),Dist-Burdwan.

I have Sending the Particulars in details as per Format duly Filled by this office of the Commissioner Panchayat & Rural Development West Bengal Vide Memo NO-1439/SGP.Dated on 14/11/2011.On the basis of Casual/ Daily Rated/Contractual Workers, Govt of West Bengal Finance Department Audit Branch Memo No-9008-F (P) Dated on 16/09/2011.
