    I am working in a Central PSU and applied for post of Assistant Professor in a University (Autonomous body and UGC, NAAC, AIU Affiliated). I have obtained NOC from my current employer for appearing the selection interview. If I got selected with the pay scale offered in the advertisement then there is clear cut loss of pay around Rs.18000/- per month. Is it possible to claim pay protection in this case? Please suggest

    Case is same as mine I had came from Central PSU to State Autonomous University (State Grant in Aid ) . As administration is demanding any case provided for pay protection from PSU to Academic Univ. Pl provide if any . I am bearing a loss of 30 % in my salary ( approx. Rs. 20,000 / –
