I am an Executive Assistant Posted at Gidhni Gram Panchayat. under Jamboni Dev. Block. I wish to know what is the promotion pattern for our cadre and also the transfer policy.
is there any G.O regarding that. I shall be glad if you help me with this.

and i also want to know that if there is any provision for us to get transferred directly to Zilla Parishad. If any such kind of post is there for us. Or if i can get my transfer to any municipality instead of gram panchayat.
