The absence will be treated as dies non and no salary will be admissible for that day. However this will not affect past service of the concerned employee. https://wbxpress.com/treatment-of-absence-on-28-02-2012/

My question is what will happen in case of panchayat employees ,as they work under prodhan who is a representative of certain political party .Is the memorandum applicable for the said employees?as we know that it’s a local self Govt.

Being an advocate of high court I can assure all the concerned teachers who were absent on 28-02-12 that the Govt can do nothing to you since the circular itself is bad in law

your school can do nothing. no circular is there for the govt-aided school staff. The G.O. is meant for the Govt.employees. There is no mention of pay cur in the Grant-in -aid rules. so , don’t worry, do furti.

A para teacher was absent for 10 days due to suffering from chicken pox. He already enjoys 10 days C.L. and still have casual leave for 6 days. How the management adjust the leave?
