Update Basic Information of Stenographers into SRIS

NOTIFICATION
In continuation to this Department’s earlier Notification No. 5982-F[H], dated 21.9.17, all the employees belonging to the cadre of Schedule ‘A’ English Stenographers, Schedule ‘B’ English Stenographers and Bengali Stenographers under Finance Department, Government of West Bengal are directed to provide correct and up-to-date data regarding Basic information, Present Posting, Posting History, Promotion Details etc. online against each and every item mentioned therein by accessing the Web Portal ‘SRIS’ application under the URL, http://wbsteno.gov.in by 31.08.2017 positively vide this Department Notification No. 4757-F(H) dated 01.08.2017. The said last date for submission of up-to-date information regarding Basic information, Present Posting, Posting History, Promotion Details etc. online against each and every item mentioned therein by accessing the Web Portal ‘SRIS’ application under the URL, http://wbsteno.gov.in has also been extended upto 30.9.17 vide this Department Notification No. 5270-F[H], dated 24.8.17.
2. It appears that still some employees belonging to the cadre of Schedule ‘A’ English Stenographers, Schedule ‘B’ English Stenographers and Bengali Stenographers under Finance Department, Government of West Bengal are yet to complete the process within the stipulated period due to lack of some information.
3. Hence, all the employees belonging to the cadre of Schedule ‘A’ English Stenographers, Schedule ‘B’ English Stenographers and Bengali Stenographers are hereby directed to submit their service particulars online immediately so as to facilitate their higher scale benefits.
