Date of Joining-31/7/1990,
Got 1st CAS benefit after 10yrs,with 1st higher scale got 2nd CAS benefit after 16yrs with 2nd higher scale and got functional promotion on 18 yrs and got only one increment as fixation benefit no scale upliftment. as I have already reached the present promotional scale then.
Now I am on the eve of my 25 yrs of service .
Will I get the 25 yrs CAS benefit in full with increment and 3rd higher scale ?
