Memorandum
In partial modification of this Department Memorandum No. 791-F(Y) and 792-F(Y) both dated 11th February, 2016, it is stated that under mentioned dates is required to be followed for submission of following categories of Bills in Pay & Accounts Offices and Treasuries by concerned Drawing & Disbursing Officers before closing of this Financial year 2015-16.
1. In respect of Memorandum No. 791-F(Y) dated 11th February, 2016

2. In respect of Memorandum No. 792-F(Y) dated 11th February, 2016
