A few DDO’s are yet to start generation of salary bills through COSA. They are allowed to submit salary bills in hard copies upto August, 2013.
Loans and Advances of State Government for 2012-2013
The period of repayment of working capital loans should preferably be restricted to 2 or 3 years. In no case, however, the period of these loans should exceed 5 years.
Allotment of Fund for Creation of Employees Database
The Collector will sub-allot the fund to the Sub-Divisional Officers for payment of the charges to the vendors implementing COSA package in the offices of the DDO.
Monthly Rate of Cleaning and Servicing of Telephone
Rate of cleaning and servicing of office telephone is enhanced from Rs. 7/- per month to Rs. 11/- per month. (No. 7223-F, dated 21.09.2006).
Sectional Holiday on account of Chhat Puja, 2012
State Govt. has declared November 19 as Sectional Holiday on account of Chhat Puja for the non-Bengalees of West Bengal who actually performs this puja.
New Grant in Aid Sanction Order, 2012-13
From the Financial Year 2012-13, the Grant-in-Aid Bill shall not be passed by the Treasuries/ PAOs if the ‘Sanction Order’ of the same is not in the revised format.
