MEMORANDUM
Sub: Salary for the month of October, 2020
In terms of FD Memorandum No. 6454-F(Y) dated 27.08.2015 salary of State Government employees are disbursed on the last but one working day of the month and salary out of Grants-in-aid are disbursed on the last working day of the month to which the salary relates.
In partial relaxation of para (1) and (2) of the said order the salary of State Government employees and salary out of Grants-in-aid for the month of October 2020 will be disbursed on the 28th October 2020 and 29th October 2020 respectively.
The concerned DDOs/Administrators may submit the Pay Bill/Advice to the Treasury by 09.10.2020. The Treasury Officers/ Pay & Accounts Officers may issue mandates for disbursement of salary for the month of October 2020 in such manner that salary of the employees arc credited to their respective Bank Accounts on the dates mentioned above.
