In order to enable the employees to observe the auspicious occasion and to pay obeisance to the Lord while at home, it has been decided that all Offices shall remain closed on 23rd June 2020.

Office remains Open with 25% Staff w.e.f. 20.04.2020
All the Departments and other establishments shall start functioning with the officers of and above the rank of Deputy Secretary or equivalent and support staff of Group C and below not exceeding 25% of the existing strength each day with effect from 20th April 2020.

Administrative Approval of Plan Projects or Schemes
All Plan projects/ schemes of project cost not exceeding Rs. 10 crore, the administrative approval shall be accorded by the Departmental Secretary with the concurrence of FA.
Night Stay at Office by the Staff and Officers on 01.09.2015
The desirous staff and officers of Finance Department have been allowed to stay at their respective offices situated at Nabanna, Writers’ Buildings, Todi Mansion and Bikash Bhaban at the night of 1st September, 2015.
Grant of Interest Free Festival Advance, 2012
A State Government employee whose revised emoluments on 31.03.2012 exceeded Rs. 22,000/- p.m. but did not exceed Rs. 30,000/- p.m. may be granted an advance upto a maximum of Rs. 2,000/- only.

Delegation of power to the Departmental Secretaries for according administrative approval to the schemes where the cost estimate is limited to Rs. 10.00 lakhs.
