New e-Tender Platform for APAS and Pathashree Scheme

Deduction and Deposit of TDS on GST by the DDO
For payment process of Tax Deduction at Source under GST, DDO may deduct as well as deposit the GST TDS for each bill/Invoice individually by generating a CPIN and mentioning it in the Bill itself.

Introduction of New Format for Counting of Past Services
Introduction of new format for furnishing details of service regarding counting of past services. Finance Department is facing difficulties in dealing with the cases of counting past services considering different types/nature of services.

Raising Age Limit of Minor Children for Receiving of Family Pension
Governor is pleased to decide that to receive family pension, the age limit of the minor children (both son and daughter) be raised to 25 years.

Remuneration of Re-Employed Pensioner as per ROPA, 2019
Basic Pay (Band Pay + Gr. Pay) last drawn by him on the date of superannuation will be revised notionally w.e.f. 01.01.2020 under Rule 7 of WBS (ROPA) Rules, 2019 as if he were in service on 01.01.2020.

Rates of Deputation Allowance after ROPA, 2009
For normal deputation, 5% of the basic pay being sum total of the pay in the pay band plus grade pay subject to a maximum of Rs. 1000/- per month when transfer is within the same station.

Stagnation Increment during fixation of Pay under ROPA, 2019
A government employee, after fixation of pay in the revised pay structure under the ROPA, 2019, reaching the last Cell (maximum Pay) of the applicable Level of the Pay Matrix shall be allowed annual increment for stagnation.
