On-line Reappropriation System through e-Bantan for 2016-17

Governor is pleased to prescribe the following guidelines for the Online reappropriation system through e-Bantan for the current financial year 2016-17.

Admissibility and Calculation of Interim Relief

Calculation of Interim Relief in respect of employees who were promoted on functional or non-functional basis on any date between 02.01.2016 and 01.07.2016.

Telephone Facility at Residence of Government Employees

Reimbursement will be allowed for up to maximum 3 connections in total from any combination out of a. landline for broadband services b. landline telephone and c. mobile connection.

Amendment in Recruitment of Clerical Cadre Rule

Those who are first made liable to pass the examination on elementary knowledge on computer operation and computer typing at the age of 50 or above, shall be exempted from passing of such examination.

Bonus, Festival Advance, Interim Relief in HRMS

All Bonus and Festival Advance bills may be prepared and submitted mandatorily through HRMS system only whenever the applicability of payment will arise.

Monitoring and Supervision of e-Pension Project

Governor is pleased to entrust the monitoring and supervision of e-Pension project with E-Governance Group of Finance Department for smooth and early completion of the project.

Cadre Schedule of WBA&AS Officers, 2016

Several new posts have been created in the cadre of WBA&AS and incorporation of these posts into the Cadre Schedule of WBA&AS in 2016 is expedient.

Passing of Bills in Anticipation of Allotment upto Dec, 2016

Passing of bills in anticipation of allotment of fund for the period upto 31st December, 2016 in case of the DDOs who have got some allotment through e-Bantan.

2 days Holiday on account of Id-Ul-Fitre, 2016

In view of the uncertainty associated with the date of celebration of the festival, the Governor is pleased to declare 7.7.2016 and 6.7.16 to be a public holiday.

Interim Relief to Govt. Employees – Clarification

Calculation will be on the basis of normal increment allowed in the lower post on 1st July and not on the basis of Band Pay arrived after fixation on promotion.
