Reforms in Maintenance of Group Insurance cum Savings Scheme
Governor is pleased to constitute a Committee with the following members to monitor and implement the reforms:
Finance
The functions of the Finance Department are performed through 5 (five) branches, namely, Audit, Budget, Revenue, Internal Audit and Institutional Finance.

Treatment in Private Nursing Home (80% reimbursement)
Cost up to 80% of the West Bengal Health Scheme approved rates may be reimbursed for the indoor medical treatment, if availed in a non-empanelled private hospital.

Grant of Ad-hoc Bonus to State Government Employees, 2021-22
Governor is pleased to decide that the State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 37,000/- per month as on 31.03.2022 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus for the accounting year 2021-2022 at the rate of Rs. 4,800/- per head.

Financial Power to Accept Tenders with less than 3 bidders
Financial power of the Heads of the Administrative Departments towards acceptance of tenders with less than 3 qualified bidders in 2nd or subsequent calls will be Rs. 10 crore.

Grant of Tiffin Allowance to Mechanical Staff (Automobiles)
Mechanical Staff employed in the Pool Car establishment in the districts including Kolkata under the Transport Department and other Departments will get Tiffin Allowance at the rate of Rs. 10/- per Hour subject to a maximum of Rs. 60/- per working day.

Rate of Interest on GPF during the year 2012-13
GPF interest at the rate of 8.8% (eight point eight per cent) per annum. This rate will be in force during the financial year beginning on 1st April, 2012.

GRIPS Challan generated by Tender Inviting Authority
GRIPS Challan, as generated by Tender Inviting Authority (TIA) after finalization of the tender processing with the particulars and the amount of deposit, with ‘by default’ account number of the pooling account will be sent by the authority to the SBI via e-mail.
