Governor is pleased to introduce the two new TR forms with number TR-68C and TR-31A for drawal of fund related to claims for Reimbursement/ Advance/ Advance Adjustment under WBHS in respect of Government employees/ pensioners and Teachers /Officers of GIA Colleges & Universities.
The whole time State Government employees drawing basic pay upto Rs. 2,01,000/-shall draw Dearness Allowance @ 3% of basic pay w.e.f. 01.01.2021. The calculation of Dearness Allowances shall be made taking into account the revised basic pay and NPA.
The State Government with the objective of promoting the welfare of State Government Employees and improve their health and housing benefits has decided to introduce the following measures:
State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 24,000/- per month as on 31.03.2015 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 3,200/- per head.
The expenditure incurred by, and to be reimbursed to on account of medical attendance and treatment under the WBHS, 2008 may be drawn in T.R. Form. 68 and 68A.
The pre-revised pay Scale No. 14 shall take effect from 01.01.1996 notionally and actually w.e.f. 01.01.2008. All other terms and conditions as laid down in the W.B.S. (ROPA) Rules, 1998 shall apply mutatis-mutandis.
