Procedure for Execution of “Paray Samadhan Program”

Necessary permission is given to accord Administrative Approval and Financial Sanction, float tender and start execution process for sub-projects upto Rs. 5 lakh within the project of Paray Samadhan Program created by PSPM Department.

Modalities of Inter-Treasury Transfer of Provident Fund

For Transfer of Provident Fund money due to Transfer of Aided Secondary Teaching and Non-Teaching Staffs, the Administrator of School PF Deposit Account (D.I or A.I of District/Sub-Division) shall submit advice along with TR-7A Challan duly signed at the Treasury in which he/ she is attached.

Creation and Management of Workflow in an Office/ Department in HRMS

Head of Office shall create a Nodal Officer in HRMS to create the workflow chain in his/her office if the Head of Office desires to get himself/herself relieved of the task of creating the different levels below him/her. Nodal Officer shall be a reliable senior officer.

Ex-gratia Payment to West Bengal Govt. Pensioners, 2019

Governor has been pleased to decide that all State Government Pensioners whose basic pension plus Dearness relief on pension as on 31st March, 2019 did not exceed Rs. 26,000/- only and are not eligible for ad-hoc bonus shall be paid an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 2,100/- only in lump per head.

Pending Works of Gr. D GPF before Pay Bill of May, 2019

Certified that all pending works related to online GPF module of Gr. D GPF viz. capture & approval of balances as on 01/04/2018 in online mode and submission of hard copies to DPPG, re-submission of rejected balances in the same way, e-sanctioning of final payment, have been completed.
