Online Admission into UG/ PG Courses for Session, 2022-23
Admissions to all Under Graduate (Honours and General) and Post Graduate courses in the State-funded Higher Education Institutions in West Bengal for the ensuing academic session 2022-2023 will be made online in Standalone mode.

Ex-Gratia to Pensioners of State-Aided University, 2017-18
Pensioners whose basic pension plus dearness relief on pension as on 31.03.2018 did not exceed Rs. 25,000/- are not eligible for ad-hoc bonus shall be paid an ex-gratia grant of Rs. 2,000/- per head.

e-Pension Scheme for Employees of Grant-in-Aid Colleges
e-Pension system will be applicable for all pensioners or family pensioners of regular full time teaching and non-teaching employees of Grant-in-Aid Colleges of West Bengal w.e.f. April, 2018.

To ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility in an around education institutions ahead of the approaching examination season, the Universities authorities are advised to keep in abeyance all processes related to Students’ Union elections.

Payment of Service related Financial Benefit of a Transferee in College
If the pay fixation memo has been issued for the earlier college, the college from where the employee is transferred will issue a non drawal certificate on the basis of an application of the concerned incumbent and send to the college where the employee is transferred to.
