Land Reforms
Department of a Land & Land Reforms implements land reforms. Therefore, it is essential to upgrade its capabilities for implementation of land reforms in the interest of the landless, marginal and small farmers.
An Act to provide for the State acquisition of estates, of rights of intermediaries therein and of certain Rights of raiyats and under raiyats and of the rights of certain persons in lands comprised in estates.

Order of execution issued by the Competent Court in pursuance of Will or Gift Deed. 4. An Act to amend the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955. industrial park or industrial hub or industrial estate or financial hub or logistic hub shall be substituted.
Standard Operating Procedure for mutation of lands acquired under the various land acquisition related Acts and Direct Land Purchase Policy in favour of Requiring Bodies, through LA Module in e-Bhuchitra.
West Bengal Land and Land Reforms Manual covers the whole spectrum of activities of officials and functionaries at various levels of land and land reforms administration in West Bengal.
The Revenue inspector who was in service as such on 31.12.1995 may exercise option to come under revised scale as is allowed vide F.D. Memo No. 766-F, dated 27.01.2009 w.e.f. any date between 01.01.1996 and 01.01.1997.

Governor is pleased to waive, the processing fees for mutation of land records where land is transferred to descendants by way of intestate or testamentary succession from parents to their offspring, or by way of gift deed.

The land allotted to any individual/ company/ institution etc. under the policy would be transferred to them by the Government and its parastatals by way of long term lease for a period not exceeding 99 years.
