Rate of processing fees for mutation of land in rural areas will be the rate as prescribed in Circular No. 398-LP dated 02.02.2017 irrespective of the fact it falls within KMDA area or not.
Processing Fees for Commercial and industrial land is Rs. 500/- per decimal where area is up to 10 decimals and Rs. 1,000/- per decimal where area exceeds 10 decimals.
