It is being observed that new projects are getting delayed due to non-availability of Electricity and other service connections from the respective Service providers to the newly constructed Buildings.
It has been observed that coordination problems still persist between Civil and Electrical wings of PWD, with regard to existing installations in old buildings. The new buildings are being maintained by Civil wing only.
Construction sites have to be specially monitored so that mosquito larvae does not breed in the site. Debris should be removed regularly. No water should be allowed to remain stagnant at the site.
Governor has been pleased to make it mandatory to use still & video photography for all projects of PWD, PW(Roads), PWD(Electrical), PWD(Social Sector) before the start of the project and also after completion of the project to understand the details of the work, comparing the past and present scenario.
