Guidelines to Opt Pension-Cum-Gratuity Scheme in School

The teaching and non-teaching staff shall exercise their options in the prescribed form to switch over to Pension-cum-Gratuity Scheme and submit the same to the concerned Head of the Institution within 90 days from date of publication of notice.

Problems regarding Admission and Fees in Elementary Education

Collection of fees in addition to Rs. 240/- per annum is punishable under RTE Act. Further, taking loan from guardian or any other authority to run the educational institution is not permissible. Head of the institution shall be personally responsible for the same and disciplinary action against Headmaster/ Headmistress will be taken it they are found to be charging any amount beyond Rs. 240/-.

Supervision of Cooked Mid Day Meal Programme (CMDMP)

As per Supreme Court’s direction it is mandatory for all eligible school, the teachers and the Government officials attached to School Education Department to implement and supervise the Cooked Mid-Day Meal Scheme.
