Text books for Classes VI to IX published by the W.B.B.S.E. will be available from the Sales Counter of the Board at 77/2, Park Street, Kolkata-16. Beng. Grammar (Bhasa Charcha) will be available by the month of February, 2015 free of cost.

HM/TIC of all Schools/Madrasahs are instructed to submit Mid-day-Meal Status Report (ANNEXURE-A) with their salary Requisition (Hard copy) at the Grant-in-aid Section. Without Mid-day-Meal Status Report Salary Requisition will not be accepted.
Collection of fees in addition to Rs. 240/- per annum is punishable under RTE Act. Further, taking loan from guardian or any other authority to run the educational institution is not permissible. Head of the institution shall be personally responsible for the same and disciplinary action against Headmaster/ Headmistress will be taken it they are found to be charging any amount beyond Rs. 240/-.
BCW Department is introducing on-line receipt of application for centrally assisted scholarship schemes for SC/ST/OBC students from 2013-14 financial year.
