West Bengal Schools Up-gradation Rules, 2007 is prepared regarding up-gradation of Schools from Junior High School to Secondary School, Secondary School to Higher Secondary Schools.
West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has notified about the age for admission in School to appropriate Class as per definition in West Bengal Right of Children to Free & Compulsory Education Rules, 2012.
Control Room is opened from 17.02.2014 at West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and it will continue till completion of the Madhyamik Pariksha (S.E), 2014 in the interest of the examinees and common people as well.
As per provision under NCTE’s latest Regulation duration of B. Ed. programme shall be at least for a term of one academic year or two semesters. In obedience with the aforesaid norm of NCTE it has been decided that B. Ed. classes will start from 1st July every year and continue upto the last day of June next year.
No of periods in school routine shall not exceed 20 in 5 days of a week where a para teacher attends school. However, stop gap classes may be allotted to para teachers as well under unavoidable circumstances.
