State Government has decided to constitute a dedicated students cadet corps by the name of the Jai Hind Bahini in all schools, who will be inspired by the idealism and patriotism of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, and will be trained so that every member of the Jai Hind Bahini is able to volunteer social services at the time of need.

7th April World Health Day would be observed as School Hygiene Day in West Bengal and all schools will take up a set of activities in campaign mode under Sarva Siksha Abhijan (SSA).

No students of any Government schools or Government recognised aided or unaided school shall take part in any political activity or join any political rally within or outside the school premises during school hours.
All concerned authorities are directed to issue NOC in favour of an eligible candidate for General Transfer without any pre concept or biasness or any misconception regarding West Bengal School Service Commission (General Transfer) Rules, 2013.
