The Council (WBCHSE) is authorized to give academic approval for the subjects to be taught in each school in Higher Secondary level and the CSE, WB has the authority to sanction the post.
District Inspectors of Schools (Primary Education) and (Secondary Education) are appointed as grievance redressal authority to dispose of the complaints on violations of various provisions of RTE Act in respect of Primary Education (i.e. from class – I to class – IV) and Upper Primary Level of education (class – V to class – VIII) respectively.
Identify the candidates ineligible as per criteria and note it against the concerned candidate by noting IE against the name. In case of new addition, add the names from the last serial of the district’s list in the same format as supplied. The list after necessary corrections may be mailed back along with a certificate mentioning the number of additions and deletions made to the original list.
Normal classes will not be held during the period of examinations mentioned above, so that all teachers of all the schools may be utilized for the purpose of invigilation and Examination works.
The period of maternity leave to all contractual employees under PBSSM is extended from 135 days to 180 days with effect from the date of issue of this order No. 165-SE dated 19.02.2013.
It has certainly lost its relevance in the light of the fact that no child should be denied admission to schools irrespective of his/ her caste, creed or gender.
To apply for capital grant to govt. aided schools, a detailed statement on existing number of class room, condition of school building with photographs, details of power supply, availability of furniture, laboratory, library, student strength status of the school, along with the audited report of the school’s accounts for last 5 year.
Admission of children will be started from Pre Primary class in place of class I from the academic session 2013 and the minimum age of admission of such children shall be 5 years + as on 01.01.2013.
Minimum age of an intending Madhyamik candidates whose date of birth is within 31st October, 1999 are to be considered eligible to appear at the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2014.
