In case of Vocational Category, rank immediate next to the last cut-off, and so on in descending order of the Merit List of Vocational Category will be selected from the Vocational Category Waiting List only.
If any seat under General Category falls/remains vacant after the last date of admission, the candidate with rank immediate next to the last cut-off rank and so on will be selected for admission from the General Waiting List.
Specimen copy of Progress Report Card and a booklet on Internal Formative Evaluation: Theory & Practice which have to be implemented in Class IX of all recognised Secondary Schools from 2015.
Online applications are invited from 07-08-2014 to 08-09-2014 from the meritorious students of class-VIII having 55% (50% in case of SC/ST) marks in the previous annual examination and whose parental income is not more than Rs. 1.5 lac.
Coordinators of the District Level Monitoring Teams for the ODL Courses for in-service teachers are directed to act in accordance with the instructions of the Chairpersons, District Primary School Councils.
All Heads of the Secondary /H.S./JR.High/Madrasah are informed to submit the option of teaching and Non-teaching staff who are interested to switch over option for taking G.P.F instead of C.P.F.
Diploma-In-Elementary Education Part-II Examination, 2014 (Session: 2012-2014) on Practical and Theoretical Subjects will be held for the trainees of 174 (One Hundred Seventy Four) Primary Teachers’ Training Institutes of West Bengal.
Due to extreme hot conditions prevailing in the State it has been decided that classes will remain suspended in all Government, Government Sponsored and Non-Government aided schools (Primary to Higher Secondary) from 16.06.2014 to 25.06.2014.
All the Head of the Institution are informed that Schools earmarked as Polling booth not having electricity connection either will apply for temporary or for permanent connection from W.B.S.E.D.C.L. by 14-04-14.
