NOTIFICATION

The following private Health Care Organization has been empanelled under the Signature of the Principal Resident Commissioner, Govt. of W. Bengal, New Delhi along with the witness of Dy. Resident Commissioner, Govt. of W. Bengal, New Delhi, and Dr. B. Lal, M.B.B.S., DMCH. The HCO has been assessed as Class-3 Service Provider on the basis of the facilities available there for rendering service to the following categories:
a. State Government employees working in the National Capital Region under the control of the Principal Residential Commissioner and whose enrolment has been made under the control of the Principal Residential Commissioner, Govt. of W. Bengal, New Delhi and their beneficiaries.
b. The Pensioners or Family Pensioners whose Pensions have been Sanctioned by the Office of the Government of West Bengal located in that region and enrolled under the West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008 from the Office of the Principal Residential Commissioner, Govt. of W. Bengal, New Delhi and their beneficiaries.
The Health Care Organisation has come into agreement with the Government of West Bengal on the basis of Memorandum of Agreement for a period of 2 (two) years or till it is modified or revoked whichever is earlier from the date of the Notification.
Now the Governor is pleased to recognize the following Private Health Care Organisation for the purpose of availing benefit of medical attendance and treatment under the West Bengal Health Scheme 2008 and enlist it in Annexure-A of Finance Department Notification No. 3473-F Dated 11th May 2009.
