The new Annual Confidential Report for Group – A Officers belonging to West Bengal Public Health-cum-Administrative Service and West Bengal Health Service Cadres duly approved by the Department of Health & Family Welfare, West Bengal is hereby circulated.
In order to further improve the provision of user-friendly amenities and environmental sanitation of different Health Care Facilities it is decided to launch a special campaign entitled CITIZEN CENTRIC FORTNIGHT during the period from 1st July 2013 to 15th July 2013.
(a) Information regarding availability of essential service packages in State Government Run Health Facilities and (b) Assistance in availing the service packages rendered by the State Government Run Health Facilities.
Each Health Facility would have to identify Facility Manager(s) who would remain responsible for responding to each call from the Health Helpline on behalf of the Hospital Authority. S/he will also have to remain responsible for updating the static database related to availability of Hospital Services

MSVP of all Medical Colleges and Superintendents of all District and Sub Division Hospitals are authorized to issue Compulsory Health Certificate to pilgrims for holy Amamathji Yatra, 2013.
Collection of all Government Notification/ Memorandum/ Circular regarding West Bengal Health Scheme e.g. Enrollment, Reimbursement, List of Hospitals, Diagnostics Centers, Revised Rate List etc.
West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008 is applicable to the West Bengal State Government employees working in the National Capital Region and pensioners/ family pensioners of the State Government and their beneficiaries residing there.
Not more than two packages should normally be performed or planned. Permission of the West Bengal Health Scheme Authority is necessary for more than two packages.
