NOTIFICATION
WHEREAS the term of office of the members, representing employers and employees in the West Bengal Tea Plantation Employees’ Welfare Board (hereafter referred to as the Board) constituted under this Department’s Notification No. Labr/532 (LC-IR)/LW/3A-01/16 dated 1st August, 2016 already expired;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section-4 of The West Bengal Tea Plantation Employees’ Welfare Fund Act, 2015 (West Bengal Act XXIII of 2015) read with Rule 3 of the West Bengal Tea Plantation Employees’ Welfare Fund Rules, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act & Rules), the Governor is hereby pleased to reconstitute the West Bengal Tea Plantation employees’ Welfare Board in cancellation of the previous Gazette Notification no. Labr-546 (LC-LW/MW) dated 02.06.2020 published on 4th June, 2020 under the said Act & Rules with the following composition :-
