Sub: Registration of students of the session 2015-17
Sir,
With reference to the above I am directed to request you to submit the approved list, having approved merit list serial number of the admitted students under-going 2-year D.El.Ed Course in your institution in the current session -2015-2017 and to receive Information Sheet for Registration on payment of Rs.600/- (Rupees six hundred) only per student by a single Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of West Bengal Board of Primary Education payable at Kolkata service branch on and from 13th June, 2016 in all working days within office hours. The last date of receiving such forms from the Board is 24th June, 2016.
The Heads of all the DIET/Govt./Govt.Spon./Govt.Aided institutions are requested to come personally or send their authorised representatives to receive the Information Sheet for Registration from the undersigned.
In case of Self-financed Non-Government Institutions only the approved Head of the institution are requested to receive the Information Sheet for Registration. The Approved list of Faculty shall be submitted at the time of receiving the said forms. The Heads of the Institutions must carry their photo Identity Card issued by the competent authority to avoid impersonation.
The last date of submission of duly filled in Information Sheet for Registration is 30th June, 2016.
