MEMORANDUM
The undersigned is directed to say that the IT Personnel initially engaged in terms of provision of Memo No. 5859-F(Y) dated 22.07.2013 of Finance Department and subsequently brought under the purview of Notification No. 192-IT dated 16.10.2020 of P & AR and e-Governance Department, the provisions of the Memo No. 1168-F(P1) dated 23.03.2021 of Finance Department shall not affect the entitlement of annual enhancement of Remuneration/ Professional fees as provided in Memo No. 5859-F(Y) dated 22.07.2013.
They will continue to receive the same amount of remuneration with effect from 01.11.2020 as was being drawn by each individual prior to 01.11.2020 till their Remuneration structure is further revised by the Finance Department and P & AR and e-Governance Department. The notes and observation of Finance Department Group-P1 in the matter is as follows:-
“The IT personnel initially engaged in terms of provisions of Memo No. 5859-F(Y) dated 22.07.2013 and subsequently brought under the purview of Notification No. 192-IT dated 16.10.2020, the provisions of Memo No. 1168-F(P1) dated 23.03.2021 shall not affect the entitlement of annual enhancement of remuneration/ professional fees as provided in Memo No. 5859-F(Y) dated 22.07.2013 till their remuneration structure is further revised”.
