MEMORANDUM
Subject: Expansion of scope of the new portal (www.tenders.wb.gov.in) and migration of data from old e-tender portal to new e-tender portal
To ensure timely and effective implementation of various schemes, the State Government introduced the portal www.tenders.wb.gov.in vide FD Memo No: 4253-F(Y) dated 03.12.2025 and 4280-F(Y) dated 04.12.2025.
Vide Memo no. 2961-F(Y) dt. 12.08.2026 and other order its scope was extended to the Public Works Department and some other Departments based on their requests on case to case basis.
Now, in continuation of memos ibid it is hereby decided that the following Department and its subordinate offices will henceforth float all their fresh e-tenders only in the new portal.

This order takes effect from 03.11.2026.
