Governor is pleased to notify the following services, stipulated time limit for rendering the services, and particulars of each of the Designated Officers, Appellate Authority and Reviewing Authority, responsible for providing the services as shown in the table below:Government of West Bengal

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of power conferred under sub section 2 of section-3 of the West Bengal Right to Public Services Act, 2013 and in continuation with this Department’s earlier Notification No. 1618-WT/3M-72/2013 dated 04.05.2015 read with Notification No. 5384-WT/3M-72/2013 dated 28.11.2016, the Governor is pleased to notify the following services, stipulated time limit for rendering the services, and particulars of each of the Designated Officers, Appellate Authority and Reviewing Authority, responsible for providing the services as shown in the table below:

All the services are subject to conforming to the pollution standards and other restrictions for the respective vehicles as may be notified by the authority from time to time.
This Notification will come into effect immediately.
