West Bengal Government Rules regarding publishing of advertisement by State Government Office and the rates of the Advertisement is fixed time to time.
I & CA Department is accepting requisition of different authorities of State Government offices and taking regular action to release those advertisements for necessary publication.
Government has fixed rates for release of advertisements by the Department of Information and Cultural Affairs, Govt. of West Bengal in various print media for the year 2015-16.
Information & Cultural Affairs Department is entrusted with the responsibility of releasing all State Government Advertisements. Hence forward all advertisements to I&CA at least 5 days prior to date of publication.
Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies of the Department will release advertisement directly and pay the bills. However, they will keep contact with the I&CA Department regarding rates of advertisement, empanelled agencies, etc.
