Project Clearance Committee (PCC) will examine the Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and other Technical matters of the proposals before issuance of Administrative Approval and Financial Sanction.
The format contains component wise requirement of IT equipment and services which are to be finalized during project preparation stage in order to prepare a realistic DPR for timely completion and to avoid changes during execution.
The administrative Department needs to provide requisition with all necessary inputs i.e. land details and availability, type and nature of services to be provided (both civil and electrical) etc.
Salient points in Electrical aspects for preparation of DPR for different projects as per National Building Code – A General Guideline for consideration of important Electrical Aspects at the design stage for utility service for an important building.
Engagement of State and Central PSU’s/ Organisations for detailed technical survey as well as preparation of Detailed Project Reports including design, plan and detailed cost estimates, etc., for, inter alia, RIDF projects.
Governor is pleased to empanel the following three Government Technical Institutes of National repute for preparation of DPR. (i) IIT, Kharagpur (ii) Jadavpur University (iii) Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur.
