Child Care Leave for Employees of Educational Institutions
CCL for regular female teaching and non-teaching employees of Government sponsored/ Non-Govt. aided Schools, Boards, District Primary School Councils, School Service Commission as well as Panchayat Raj and other Local Bodies, Undertakings, Corporations, Statutory Bodies etc.

Prior Permission is mandated for Visit of State Headquarters
Field officers are visiting Kolkata on very small issues and without prior written approval of the controlling officer. Due to such frequent absence of officers from the field, the quality and timely execution of work suffers.

Absence on 30.04.2015 will be treated as DIES NON
All State Government offices including those provided with Grants-in-Aid by the State Government would remain open and all the employees should report for duty on 30th April, 2015.

30 Off Days to Contractual Computer Operators engaged in PWD
Contractual Computer Operators who had been engaged prior to 01.04.2010 in different offices under P.W.D. are allowed to enjoy 30 (thirty) off days in a Calendar year.

Leave of Contractual Part Time Teacher
Governor is pleased to accord sanction of 10 (ten) days casual leave and 10 (ten) days medical leave to the part time contractual teachers attached to non-Govt. Higher Secondary Schools.

No Leave Sanction in Health Deptt during Heat Wave Situation
All Government Health Care Delivery facilities are directed not to sanction any kind of leave in favor of all the Medical Teachers, Medical Officers, Nursing Personnel and other concerned employees deployed and functioning in high priority delivery points namely maternity wards, Labor Rooms, Neonatal Wards, Pediatric Wards, NICU, PICU, SNCU, SNSU etc.

Holiday on Doljatra at Offices of WBBSE
All the offices of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education will be closed on 17th March, 2014, day after Doljatra as a holiday. However, the officers and staff members engaged with Urgent /Confidential nature of duty will continue their duties as usual for the interest of the Board.

Treatment of Unauthorized Absence of all categories of Staff in Hospital
Written permission has to be obtained well in advance before proceeding on leave. At least incumbent has to apply for permission of leave before 15 (fifteen) working days prior to proceed on leave to competent authority.

Nabanna is Open on Howrah Municipal Election
Governor is hereby pleased to declare that all the offices in NABANNA will remain open on the day of elections to the Howrah Municipal Corporation.

Child Care Leave in respect of Adopted Child
Governor has been pleased to decide to extend the Child Care Leave to the female Government Employees who legally adopted such child. All other conditions will remain same as in F.D Memo No. 9728-F(P), dated 24.10.2011 and No. 1364-F(P), dated 15.02.2012.

Letter to Colleges regarding Absence on 20.02.13 and 21.02.13
All the employees of his college whose absence on 20th and 21st February, 2013 have not been substantiated under any ground set forth in the Oder No. 2013-F (P) dated 06.03.2012. Action in this regard is to be completed by 31st March, 2013.

Letter to University regarding Absence on 20.02.13 and 21.02.13
A detailed report may also be submitted to this Department regarding the action taken so far by the University in this behalf by 31st March, 2013.

Treatment of Absence of Employees on 20.02.13 and 21.02.13
All actions in terms of this order should be completed by 31st March, 2013. Compliance report on the action taken should be sent to the Finance Department.

Maternity Leave of Contractual Employees of PBSSM
The period of maternity leave to all contractual employees under PBSSM is extended from 135 days to 180 days with effect from the date of issue of this order No. 165-SE dated 19.02.2013.
