“Nirmal Vidyalaya Saptaha” (School Hygiene Week), is to trigger a positive behavioral change communication process by engaging children as advocates for good practices.
School Education Department has decided to observe “Nirmal Vidyalaya Saptaha” in all the Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools including SSKs, MSKs & Madrashas from Sep 7th to Sep 10th 2015.
Postponing the observation of Nirmal Vidyalaya Saptaha, scheduled for 16-21 June 2014, now, School Education Department has decided to observe Nirmal Vidyalaya Saptaha, 2014 from 7th -12th July 2014.
7th April World Health Day would be observed as School Hygiene Day in West Bengal and all schools will take up a set of activities in campaign mode under Sarva Siksha Abhijan (SSA).
