1) GPF (General Provident Fund), 2) CPF (Contributory Provident Fund), 3) EPF (Employees Provident Fund).
Governor is pleased to decide that during the period from 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023, accumulation at the credit of the subscribers to General Provident Fund and other similar fundsshall carry interest at the rate of 7.1%.
The subscriber would be able to view and download the GPF statement at their own convenience and from any place having net connectivity. Henceforth no GPF Account statement would be sent to any HoO/DDO.
The existing TR-47 schedule for transfer of money for Provident Fund from the Pay bill submitted by Drawing and Disbursing Officer shall continue to exist as usual.
Interest at the rate of 7.9% (seven point nine) per annum will be in force during this financial year for the period from 01.04.2017 to 30.06.2017.
Scheme for the retired employees of State Transport Undertakings (STUs) in accordance with the direction contained in the Solemn Order dated 30.6.2015 in WP No. 11978(W) of 2015.
The interest rate of 7.1% (Seven point one percent) will be in force during this financial year for the period from 01.07.2024 to 30.09.2024.
In case of final withdrawal of accumulations in the Provident fund, interest shall he payable thereon to the employee or his nominee or legal heirs, as the case may be, up to the end of the month preceding which the payment is made.
A scheme in the name of State Assisted Scheme of Provident Fund for Unorganized Workers (SASPFUW) was introduced by Labour Department in 2001.
Clarification with reference to Notification No. 734-F dated 28.02.2018 regarding change and control in management of General Provident Fund of Group-D employees.
During the year 2015-2016, accumulation at the credit of the subscribers to General Provident Fund or similar shall carry interest at the rate of 8.7% per annum w.e.f. 01.04.2015.
