This is related to the engagement of Part-time teachers [on temporary basis for one year] of various subjects in the H.S section of the H.S Institutions affiliated under the council.
Submission of claims for remuneration of the existing Part-time teachers (PTTS) and Contractual Whole time teachers (CWTTs) along with the claim bills of Regular Teaching & Non-teaching staff of colleges.
For Contractual Whole Time Teachers (CWTTs), Government approved Part Time Teachers (PTTs) and Daily Rated/ Casual Non-teaching employees of State-aided Universities, Colleges.
Govt-approved CWTTs or PTTs shall be entitled to avail Study leave, for a maximum period of 12 months in one spell and for a period not exceeding 24 months in their entire service period.
Remuneration of Government-approved Part Time Teachers will be enhanced by 25% and that of Government-approved Contractual Whole Time Teachers by 10% over their existing remuneration.
Half average remuneration leave up to 20 days of CWTTs and PTTs which tantamount to 10 days medical leave with full remuneration shall henceforth be allowed to be carried forward.
All vacant teaching posts occurring in their colleges should have to be rationalized on the basis of the number of PTTs/ CWTTs already approved, ROA of teachers has to be authenticated by the BCWD.
The remuneration of the Government-approved Part Time Teachers (PTTs) in the colleges of the State will be enhanced by 25% over their existing remuneration.
