ORDER
Sub: Tender Committee for Civil Works of All zones/ Wings of P.W.D
Consequent upon Expansion & Restructuring (Notification No: 01; Dated- 07/01/2025 & 04; Dated- 15/01/2025, Re-designation (Notification No: 78-E; Dated- 28/08/2025) & Re-jurisdiction effected through Notification No: 19A; Dated- 25/3/2025, & No: 76-E; Dated- 19/8/2025, it has become essential to reframe the extant orders related to constitution of Tender Committee/(s) for different wings (Excepting Electrical) of the department to suit with the present configuration.
Accordingly, after careful consideration of the matter, Tender Committees for different wings of department are re-constituted for evaluating and recommending tenders of work value beyond 5 Crore and up to 10 Crore pertaining to the works of different wings of Public Works Department, to the concerned authority as per Memorandum No: 2320-F(Y); Dated: 07/06/2022 for according sanction towards acceptance of tender (s).; as follows:
A. For Tender Committee, Public Works Directorate/ Public Works (Roads) Directorate

These committees will function on the Financial Power for tender acceptance as per stipulation of Memorandum No: 2320-F(Y); Dated: 07/06/2022 of Finance Department and Tender acceptance power of the above committees deemed to be stand modified time to time as per order of Finance Department.
This order will supersede order no. 1M-56/18/1227-R/PL; Dated 24.09.2018 and order no. 16-CRC/2M/57; Dated 11.04.2014 and will take immediate effect.
This has an approval of competent authority in e-file bearing computer no: 1390471.
