Re: Duties and Responsibilities of Group D Staff of High Sch
What is the difference between “Duty and Responsibility”?
I don’t say it is a duty of Student. But it is a part of social work (W.E). If some students (guardian) are unwilling to do so then no problem.
In my post I have not mention the terms: “duty” of students, “regularly” (and “all” schools). Why you misinterpret my post, by introducing some own words?
I don’t say, bringing a glass of water for his/her teacher is a duty!
Why we say, “This School is your, and it’s your ‘duty’ to keep it clean”. Any way if some of the students are unwilling to make his/her school clean (if there is no other reason), then we are responsible for that situation.
In our school, in every Friday (in long tiffin) students are rotationally (Roll no.: 1-10, 11-20, 21-30,…,…) do this ‘job’ by thinking the classroom is a room of his/her home. How it can possible? Don’t mind, by the magic of a word “LOVE”, to show by the sympathetic behaviour, speech etc.

Nothing is mention in manual regarding the nature of works of Gr.-D, also acc. to manual MC will fixed their works acc. to the need of the school (not for personal one).December 18, 2014 at 1:37 pm #80100AnonymousInactiveRe: Duties and Responsibilities of Group D Staff Specially Peon & Laboratory Attendant in H.S. The rule is about recruitment of group D,not about the duties of group D. -
