The registration may be done for finding suitable/matching candidate(s) only. After finding one the applicants have to physically apply by filling up forms and through their respective proper channels i.e through HM/Secretary of their schools. The forms and detailed rules of mutual transfer are available in Westbengalssc website. The duly filled up forms of the intending candidates together are to be physically submitted alongwith application fees of Rs.1000/- each in the form of bank draft at the central SSC office at Salt Lake. General transfer rules are yet to be notified. Hope these help.

Yes, this is the correct provision at present. Registration can only be done through the website. I also agree to the rest of your guidance regarding purpose of registration and submission of joint prayer to SSC Central Region, Salt Lake etc.

September 22, 2012 at 8:42 am #74335InactiveThat’s right! But, I think, mutual transfer of a teacher shall depend largely on the M.C.- whether M.C. will entertain the application or not. Moreover, only the confirmed teachers are eligible to apply. Though it is true that after termination of probationary period the teacher is deemed to be confirmed in service if there is no objection from M.C., yet M.C. has to take responsibility to issue formal letter of confirmation as per the actual official procedure! I have heard about the confirmation letter but never seen any copy! It is there in theory but not in practice!

General transfer kobe shuru hobeIntroduction of regular transfer (“general transfer”) policy for aided school teachers is probably not feasible as they are appointed by the M.C.s and not by the govt. I want to mean, in case of govt. teachers, appointing authority is one single entity i.e. “govt” while it is different for aided/sponsored teachers who are appointed by different M.C.s.
